Dr. Lionel Lyon has been practicing psychology in Massachusetts for over 35 years. Dr. Lyon specializes in school testing, child consultation, special education, disability analysis, and psychological evaluation for young adults. His clients include individuals as well as dozens of school systems in the Boston area. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of patients understand their disabilities and seek the care they deserve.

School Testing

Dr. Lionel Lyon, PsyD
Dr. Lyon received his PsyD from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He has an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a B.A. in Abnormal Behavior.
Dr. Lyon began his career working with patients in psychiatric hospitals. In 1980 he began consulting to schools in Boston and has continued to work with students in Massachusetts for over 35 years.
Dr. Lyon has three kids and four grandchildren. He resides in Newton, MA and is an avid swimmer.
